The healing power of water that goes beyond relaxation
A pathway to rejuvenation, balance, and deep restoration
Working at a hydrotherapy pool set at 34°c the session moves through various movement sequences incorporating stillness, stretching, and gentle movement through the water. This simple sequence borrows from Watsu and Craniosacral work to achieve a deep state of relaxation.

The buoyancy of the water helps release holding patterns that the body creates during periods of stress. The aquatic bodywork technique helps release these patterns which can result a deep level of connection undoing the stress. Unfurling of limbs and spine, towards an enhanced muscular relaxation and ease of mind.

About me:
My aquatic journey began with learning Watsu from Steve Karle and Gianni de Stefani. It continued through my work with the underwater sound project Wet Sounds, which combined my two passions, sound and water. I toured with the sound project as a musicians and aquatic bodyworker accompanying the project to spa environments and care settings.
